Drivers

Responsible for the safe, efficient & timely transportation of product to and from customers and company owned warehousing facilities in a manner and condition that meets or exceeds customer and company requirements. Responsible for the timely reporting of overages, shortages, damages, and delays of products transported to and from customers. Other responsibilities include: Completing a daily trucking log and submitting required reports, managing routes and routines in the most effect way possible, complying with all DOT and internal regulations and polices, conducting daily inspections of equipment at the beginning and end of each shift and reporting any problematic issues to Management immediately. Other responsibilities and duties as directed.

Warehousing/Transloading/Clerical Positions

CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to customer inquiries, processing orders using our Synapse inventory system, promptly & professionally handling complaints/issues. Using and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.’s), becoming proficient with internal software, and incredibly professional communications with internal and external customers via email, phone, and in-person are standard expectations of this position.  Other responsibilities include office organization, excellent time management, scheduling and other duties as directed.

Transloader

Accountable for the unwavering safe and efficient operation and transfer of liquid and/or hazardous chemicals from rail cars to transport vehicles. Transloaders are held responsible for safely operating a forklift or other powered material handling equipment (MHE) as well as company vehicles. Transloaders must be able to work safely and efficiently in the elements, exposed to the weather daily. Must have the ability to perform Order Filler and Checker duties, read and comprehend customer paperwork, and become HAZMAT Certified as well as various other duties as directed.

Warehouse Material Handler

Responsible for operating a forklift or other powered material handling equipment (MHE) to move and stack merchandise. Ability to safely operate all required equipment including: forklifts, other gasoline/liquefied-gas/electric powered material handling equipment (MHE) to move equipment or materials from semi-trucks and rail cars.  Ability to prioritize and think clearly under pressure of deadlines. Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of MHE and may be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties and various other duties as directed.
