Founded in 1982 by Charles Kantner, American Industrial Partners was originally known as Riverside Storage, offering basic warehousing for dry food ingredients. Today AIP employs a staff to service over 540,000 square feet of storage space, transportation fleet, and a rail terminal that serves customers worldwide.

Our Campus
AIP is a 60-acre campus located at the intersection of I-75 and US-33 and with direct access to the CSX Railroad.
Whatever your storage needs may be, we have the facility to meet your needs: Refrigerated, Rail Transload, High Bay & High Turns, Low Bay & Low Turns, Bulk Liquid, & outside storage. You name it, we’ve got it!
